These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile services, and any products or services offered by Travespert (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any part of Travespert’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit (as specified in the package) must be paid.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateways listed on our website.
- Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
- Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:
- 15 days or more before departure 90% refund
- 7–14 days before departure 50% refund
- Less than 7 days no refund
- Credit Note Policy
- In certain cases, instead of a refund, a credit note may be issued at the customer’s request or at Travespert’s discretion.
- Are non-transferable and valid for lifetime from the date of issue.
- Can be used for any future Travespert trip/package of equal or higher value.
- Must be redeemed in a single booking unless stated otherwise.
- Are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of rebooking.
- Once a credit note is issued, the original booking is considered cancelled and refund options are no longer applicable.
- Travel Documents and Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for carrying valid ID cards, travel permits, visas, or other required documents.
- Travespert is not responsible for entry refusals due to missing or invalid documentation.
- Itinerary and Changes
- Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
- Travespert reserves the right to modify or cancel activities, hotels, or transport arrangements in the interest of safety and feasibility.
- In such cases, we will try to provide a suitable alternative.
- Health and Safety
- Participants must ensure they are physically and medically fit for travel and activities involved.
- You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.
- Travespert holds no liability for personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the trip.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards local communities, guides, and fellow travellers.
- Any abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including blogs, videos, logos, and text, is the property of Travespert and protected by copyright laws.
- Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
- Travespert is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses caused by delay, cancellation, natural disaster, theft, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
- Third-Party Services
- Travespert may work in collaboration with trusted third-party service providers (such as hotels and transport companies). However, we cannot be held responsible for the performance or any unforeseen issues arising from the services provided by these independent partners.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or similar institutions in Assam, India
Payment Policy – Travespert
At Travespert, we aim to make your travel booking experience smooth and secure. Please read our Payment Policy carefully to understand how payments are handled for our services.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A minimum advance payment of 30% to 50% (or as mentioned in the package) is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance must be paid on or before the departure date.
- For last-minute bookings (within 3 days of departure), 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following modes of payment:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Credit/Debit Cards via secure payment gateway
- Cash payments (only at authorized offices or during in-person bookings)
All transactions will be confirmed only after the amount is credited to our account.
3. Payment Acknowledgement
- Once your payment is received, a confirmation receipt/invoice will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
- Please retain your payment confirmation for future reference.
4. Partial Payments and Instalments
- For select long-duration or high-cost trips, we may offer installment plans upon request.
- Payment schedule and deadlines will be clearly communicated in writing.
- Failure to make payments on time may lead to booking cancellation as per our cancellation policy.
5. Currency
- All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
- For international travelers, currency conversion charges (if any) will be borne by the travellers.
6. Late or Non-Payment
- In case of non-payment or delayed payment, Travespert reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund.
- Re-booking will only be allowed subject to availability and payment of applicable penalties or fare differences.
7. Discounts and Offers
- Promotional discounts or coupon codes are valid only if applied at the time of booking.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment is completed.
8. Refunds & Credit Notes
- Refunds due to cancellations will be processed as per our cancellation and refund policy.
- In eligible cases, a credit note may be issued instead of a refund. The credit note is valid for lifetime and redeemable against any future travel with Travespert.
9. Fraud Prevention
- Travespert will never ask for your bank login credentials, OTPs, or passwords.
