At Travespert, we strive to provide clarity, fairness, and transparency in every booking. This policy outlines the terms under which bookings made through our website are eligible for cancellations and refunds.
This policy applies to all payments made for our services—whether through our website using Razorpay or through alternate methods such as direct bank transfers, UPI, or cash—unless otherwise specified.

Note: Refunds are calculated on the base booking amount only. Payment gateway fees, applicable taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable.
Certain services may be marked non-refundable at the time of booking, in which case no refund will be issued regardless of cancellation timeline.
If a guest fails to appear on the travel date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
In rare cases (weather, operational issues, unforeseen circumstances), we may cancel your booking. In such events, you may choose between:
• A full refund
• A rescheduled trip at no extra charge
The following types of bookings are strictly non-refundable:
• Bookings explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase
• Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled travel date (already covered under Section 2)
These bookings are final and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling unless the cancellation is initiated by Travespert.
For disputes or errors in payment:
• Contact us within 5 days of the transaction.
• We’ll respond within 12 hours.
• Razorpay’s dispute process may apply if needed.
